The person at the counter seemed somewhat annoyed by my questions about the prices. I selected an MTG single to buy and the total came to $4.89 after tax. I was informed I would have to buy something else because of a $5.00 minimum credit purchase. I didn't have anything else i needed or wanted to buy. To be clear the primary complaint was the cashier and not the credit minimum. The credit minimum was just an additional frustration beyond what i perceived to be bad customer service.

I can certainly understand how credit processing fees affect your bottom line, but on top of the cashier who seemed bothered by my presence in general, now you lost a future customer and likely my entire playgroup because we were looking for a new location to play. All over less than $0.25

I had an order with this store and went to go pick it up. They didn't actually have the cards on hand so I had to wait a week. Said I'd get an email when the order was ready. A week later, I check and my order still isn't there. A week after that I check in and they say they had the order but I never picked up so they sent it back. I checked and again no email, no notificationof any kind. Again they say, we'll have it ready tonight after 7PM so I wait till after 8 just to give them more time. Nothing! I have to say, really disappointed with the customer service. There are a million other places to buy from online who are more reliable and just as cheap. I was a little dissapointed. My son called prior to our travel to the store but was misinformed about the policies for selling higher priced cards. In store credit is offered and anything over 100.00 has to be approved by management, who was not there. They only pay in check, which is fine, but the amount offered for the card my son wanted to sell was WAY below average. We will sell online from now on. Wasted trip for us. The store is nice overall and the young man at the counter was as helpful as he could be.
