New Hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am to 9:00p. The website still had the previous hours listed as 6:00am to 9:00pm. This location is at Shadyside Ohio on Central Avenue. Many complaints were voiced over arriving at 6am only to find them still closed, these hours have changed quite some time ago but never updated on the website until just recently. Store is clean with shelves neatly organized and full. However, variety is extremely limited and the range of items available is rather narrow.” This Riesbecks decided to close their pharmacy which made many town residents disappointed, many residents have stated that this was their only option and that they were without transportation. Delivery from the Bridgeport location was looking into delivery down to Shadyside but were uncertain at the time on days and times but assuring customers matters would be worked out to the best of their abilities. Personally it was inconvenient for me so I completely changed pharmacies. All employees in the pharmacy were wonderful, you were welcomed and assisted in any problem that occurred. The deli is not the greatest, there are 2 employees for that department, often they are down to 1 behind the counter which means a long wait time depending on number of customers. Prices are increasing and the deli often appears to have food that resembles having been under their heat lamps longer than what it should be. Many items are dry. Entire coolers lately have been down for almost a week at times. I can't say enough about how courteous and cheerful all the employees are, all are willing to immediately assist you in any way they can with a continuous smile and will greet...

They need to do something about the spoiled dairy products. I don’t know if it’s the vendor or if it’s because their coolers are ancient!? I bought French vanilla creamer recently within past three days and it was spoiled, but the date was good til Jun 2020 next time I’ll spend the gas and go to Walmart. In the past three months I have had horrible experiences with the dairy here. Management needs to fix it. Money down the drain taking chances buying here 😞 sad part is I live just two mins from the place. I don’t mind the small up charges to keep them in business as long as I’m not paying for spoiled food

Now- 11-24-22. I didn’t know my wife had already wrote a review, however ironically it was about spoiled food. Went to get popsicles from the freezer, however the boxes appeared to have been water damaged- appeared to be thawed out products. I should have thought twice before grabbing the lemon meringue pie and cheese cake. We found out on thanksgiving day that both pies were bad. I assume that either the freezer section at the store or the refer unit used to...

I would stop here more often if it weren't for the fried chicken smell that hangs heavily in the store...they need new exhaust fans in the kitchen or change the filters in them. My clothes and hair stink when I leave the store even if I just run in for a gallon of milk! Also, make sure you check the expiration dates on EVERYTHING you buy here...produce is often old. Prices are higher here than most places, but I don't mind due to the convenient location. Positives are convenient location, friendly staff (especially Mary! She is always making people smile!) and this is the only store that carries the Fleischmann's...
