DeFelice Bros Pizza - Shadyside — Restaurant in Shadyside

Called in a food order for a couple of co-workers and myself today said would be ready in a half hour for pick up I wait come down to pick up my food PAY IN FULL to get told oh we missed your whole pizza so you can wait another 15-30 minutes until we can make you a pizza or refund you. -_- so glad I waisted my lunch and ruined everyone else’s lunch. All while I believe possible manager, or even owner/co-owner is sitting there eating minding their own business while overhearing everything that has been said, and not getting up and interfering and trying to make the situation better or even just apologize for what had happened. I understand everywhere is shortstaffed, but this isn’t the first time...

It's been awhile since we had defelice pizza and it used to be great. We got taco pizza and it does not even remotely taste like taco pizza not to mention they didn't give us any taco sauce. Also got BBQ chicken pizza and they messed it up and joked and said it was their bad so had to wait for another to be made. The chicken on the pizza was horrible. We are very disappointed with the service and quality of the food. Would not recommend ordering from Shadyside defelice. I hope their other locations have better service and better...

If I could rate it zero starts I would. Ordered at 4:21pm. Called at 6pm and they said it was leaving the store. Called back at 6:30pm, over 2 hours after I placed the order. Said it was on its way but offered to refund my order. 7:15pm, still no pizza, call to find out they cancelled my order all together. I now have to wait another half hour and drive over myself to finally get my order. Hopefully I’ll get...
