Customer service is awful!!! Due to financial hardship at this time I had to wait to order flowers that I needed for a event until the day before instead of just telling me the couldn’t do it the gentleman laughed at me and made unnecessary comments. I ended up taking my services elsewhere. I didn’t feel any of his actions were called for it’s not that hard to just say no I am not taking anymore orders...

Overall was a poor experience. I called to setup up a floral delivery and the gentleman that took the order was very condescending and rude while taking the order. Also, multiple requests for a receipt to be sent via email were addressed but with zero action. I order multiple flowers every week and will do my best to not have to use...

Love the arrangement they made my sweetheart. Ordered online and couldn't be happier with there service and product. The biggest feature was that they were the only ones I could find that delivered and was very glad I went with them.
