Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sharon

I went into the drive through with one of my friends. One of the workers talked to us on the speaker with a “funny accent” and pretended to act like they couldn’t hear us. When we went up to the window we were met with girls saying “that was so funny” and standing around. We waited 15 minutes for two small blizzards and watched workers laugh and make jokes about customers. This happened on June 11th. And this is a photo of my Oreo blizzard with chocolate ice cream… has more vanilla than chocolate throughout the entire cup. Me and my friend can’t even eat our ice cream because the chocolate is repulsive. Tastes like the workers didn’t wanna get out the chocolate, so just added chocolate syrup. Way too strong and just not good AT ALL. Am very disappointed at the service....

My daughter went there with her nana and dropped her ice cream cone. Cindy, the manager, told my five year old to pick it up and then proceeded to hand her napkins telling her to throw it in the trash and then make sure to clean it up so it’s not on the garbage. She then charged nana half price for another one to replace the fallen one. I would not recommend anyone to go to this establishment. I am appalled they would treat a child that way. First time being at this DQ this week and it was a phenomenal experience. I ordered online since my order was very large and I went inside to grab my food and the ladies were SO NICE!! I am 38 weeks pregnant and having the worse day and filled with tears as soon as I walked in. . You know, just a very emotional day! However, the ladies were so nice to me and helped me with my order to my car and showed so much kindness to me.
