My daughter in law came there yesterday Crystal hair came out very nice mine was a disappointment l wanted all over color l showed Emily picture it was almond white blonde when my hair was done it looked the same as when l came in except she styled it cute l was charged 80 dollars plus l gave a 20 dollar tip from both of us Emily said must of been bad dye we rescheduled another appointment for six weeks but not sure if l am going to come back l gave a three rating because Emily is very nice and friendly so is everyone else and l gave tip because it was the right thing to do even if my hair...

Arrived before our appointment time. My granddaughter was shampooed and cut in record time- we were out in 10 minutes. When I asked the stylist if she had time to cut my grandson, also with us, she said, “no. I have another appointment”. Considering we were out of their TEN minutes before OUR appointment time, not sure how she was so overbooked. Asked another stylist who also said no.
