Moria had no personality and motivation to help me when I scheduled a time to come in. She was upset I pronounced her name wrong and never acknowledged who I was. Let's say it was an awkward 2 min of greating each other. A warm smile and welcoming tone does the trick. I truly think that if I had a more experienced, personable, and energetic person I would have paid the $300 design fee to get my kitchen done. During my 2hr with Moria, she had no pictures or showed me any ideas. I was shown counter slabs, colors for cabinets, and sinks. Luckily I had grabbed the catalogs from Home Depot to show her the type of cabinets and gave a wish list. She didn't asked me questions on where or which cabinets to put on a floor plan. I rarely post reviews about anything, but Gerhard's Kitchen and Bath knocked it out of the park. My wife and I have had contractors after contractors come to house to replace our sink and faucet. No contractor wanted to tackle our project. Took a chance and stopped at Gerhard's in Sheboygan and met Meg. Well, after over a year of challenges, Meg assisted us, and made the whole process a breeze. She also told us our local plumber may do the work, which he did.
