On 6-23-20, I brought my pocket watch in for a new battery because I had attempted to open the back and had put two small 1/8 long scratches in it and didn't want to do any more damage. So I brought my watch to what I thought was a professional. Unfortunately the lady must have had issues getting the back of the watch open and damaged it with gouges and scratches far beyond my unnoticeable scratches and ruined it. When I spoke to her about my dissatisfaction, she quickly denied doing the damage and became irate with me, I recorded the phone call so that can't be denied. It is my opinion if you bring anything in for repairs, take pictures before and inspect it before you leave the store.
