Expressions Vinyl — Local services in Shelley

This is a very disappointing experience. I used to buy here all the time. But the more they "upgrade" their system, the longer I wait for my vinyl. If you go to the store (which is in a terribly inconvenient location) and lets say you want something but they are out of it on the shelf in the storefront, instead of going to the back of their huge warehouse right there and getting what you need, you have to place an online order. Then you wait. I placed an online order for ONE roll of vinyl and waited 7 hours until it was ready to pick up. Even if you drive as long as I have to drive to get to their inconvenient location, they turn you away without getting you what you need! Imagine if a shoe store used this system. "Yes we have the size shoe you need in the back, but instead of going to get it for you right now, you have to go home and order it online and pick it up in seven hours." And if you say anything about the wait, all they give you is snarky comments about how they can't mess up their new system. A system that is clearly not meant to improve customer convenience. Well, new things are supposed help progress your business. This is, in my opinion a giant step backwards. I can't rely on them anymore to supply the vinyl so I am using a different supplier. You can buy vinyl the same quality lots of other places for less, like Michaels or even Amazon. Sorry guys. Pick up the customer service a notch or you will find yourselves losing...

I'm sorry but they were very rude to my mother when she stopped in to ask how to get a gift card. The sign on door says open, and door was unlocked so she walked in. There were 4 or 5 ladies in there just hanging out and they got very rude and said You can't be in here!!! She asked how to get a card.. and they still yelled and said "We don't do that.. leave the store!. She was trying to buy an birthday gift and was treated very poorly by these women. All they needed to do was walk her through it. And not treat a elderly lady poorly. I shop online regularly and I get the curbside policy. But someone could have treated her better and helped her out. Elderly don't understand internet purchase all the time.! But if the door is unlocked and sign says open. YOU help...

Holy guacamole! This store makes me so happy!!! It's small and when I first walked in, it didn't look like much because it's pretty small, but this store is the place to go to get vinyl! The prices are amazing!!! I've bought vinyl for projects at a few craft stores that charge $12-$14 for 18 inches, but this place charged $5 for 5 feet of good quality vinyl. They also offer shipping, so seriously, if you're in Shelley, go see the store, if not, buy it online because it's a killer deal, even with...
