Went in to get a couple of Sandwiches for my wife and I and was immediately met with a teenager that had a bad attitude. When he was putting my wife's sandwich together, he had an expression on his face of disgust. When I asked for a little of lettuce ion the sandwich, he slopped on a ton. When I got to my sandwich he gave an expression that he didn't want to do it. When I got my sandwich back the meat was luke - warm and that cheese not even melted. When trying to choose what cheese to go with, I noticed that one of the stacks of white cheese had black stuff all over it, possibly mold? My mom order two sandwiches they made it wrong so they drenched it in a bunch of sauce today is 7/9/2023 at 7:45 we call and they said they are closed and they could not do anything about it. They said there was not a manager on the floor and to call the number on the receipt it was the same number. Not sure if the girl was new or not but I asked for Italian bread she pulled out Italian herbs and cheese, told her again I wanted Italian and I didn't notice till we got home but she AGAIN had made the sandwich with Italian herbs and cheese.
