This place is a great option for furniture hunters. Whether you're a young couple looking for starter beds, chairs, rugs, or tables or if your an antuique collector looking for a beautiful armoire, roll top desk, or grandfather clock, Hiden Treasures has you covered. They have unused, used, new, antuique, cheap, and expensive items of all kinds. Having pricing, style, and quality options is a great thing and honestly I haven't seen another place with such diversity. The staff are helpful without being pushy, and if there is an issue, they do what they can to make it up to you. For example there was a small hiccup in the processing of an order I made (nothing major mind you), and they immediately apologized, fixed the issue, and expedited the delivery of my order so it showed up the same time I got home from visiting them. Just top notch services. They have become my wife and I's preffered furniture retailer. In the last 10 months we have bought 3 mattresses, 1 bed frame, and a desk from them, and we will certainly be shopping with them for more peices as time goes on.

I will add that the store is just fun to go to. I don't really like shopping, or window shopping, but I do enjoy doing so at this location because of the atmosphere and the interesting antuiques. If you are looking for something specific you can go ask an employee for help finding it, and many times they can take you to right what you're looking for, but sometimes its fun to go and find it yourself in the massive Warehouse, and you may even find something that escaped the employees attention thats closer to what you want, or better yet, is something that you didn't know you wanted until you saw it. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! My siblings and I wanted to get my mom a new bed for mother’s day. We found one we liked and ordered a mattress and bed frame since they weren’t in stock. we were told it would be in by friday (we ordered it on tuesday.) perfect timing! we got a call that our order was ready, and we went to get it. they only had the mattress because they shipped back the frame for some unknown reason. and said they would call us when the frame was in, which would be on friday, and would assemble it for us because of our troubles. So we call on friday since we hadn’t had any word from them, THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE OUR ORDER!!!! We told them we would come get it even, we just NEEDED the bedframe so we could surprise our lovely mom. We just called them again because they, for some reason, don’t know what communication is and the importance of it. Well, they said the frame wouldn’t be here until after mother’s day. GREAT. Needless to say we were forced to just cancel the order and they didn’t try and compensate for our troubles and their childish actions whatsoever. SO. The store manager, Bo Young, sold some of his furniture online. I purchased a coffee table and an end table. I had someone else pick up the items for me as I was not in Idaho when I purchased the items. When I unpackaged the tables I found that the vinyl was peeling off the sides. The manager did not notify me of the damages before I purchased them. I tried working with him because I understand his position but I am also at a major loss. When selling items online if they are damaged and the purchaser is not notified then the company would compensate by sending back all the funds (price of item and delivery) as well as paying for the item to be shipped back. Bo did offer a refund for the tables but I would be a 30$ loss for me as I had to pay someone to pick them up and then I would I have to pay for gas to bring the tables back. I would then have to spend more time looking for new tables. In addition to these issues, Bo took several days to answer my messages as if trying to avoid the situation and only answered after I sent several messages over a long period of time. From this experience I would not recommend this store. They lied about the product and tried to avoid...
