Mr Pizza — Restaurant in Shelley

Today I met a guy that made me smile. His name was Shannon. He does not have a cell phone. He does not have a computer or Facebook account. He will not ever know I made this post. Many people I know are aware of him. He has been in business since 1987. He has never advertised. In 1987 he started a $2.00 lunch special that he continues to this day. A personal pizza, a slab of cheesy bread sticks and a soda for $2.00. In Shelley Idaho. His front windows are screens. There is no glass until the winter weather sets in. From the alley it feels like stepping back in time. My $2.00 lunch today was delicious. My hat tips to Shannon who serves 150 lunch specials a day. His simplicity and lack of greed makes this man a legend in my book. Shannon prides himself on delivery anywhere. He has delivered Pizza to hungry campers on Bills Island or up...

I wish I could give this place more stars. Prices were great, service was fast, pizza's came out quick and tasted pretty good. However, the bathroom was disgusting. I took my daughter, and if she wasn't on the verge of wetting her pants, I would have left and found a different bathroom. There was a fairly decent sized spider in its big web right next to the toilet. The toilet paper was almost out so I looked around and opened the cupboard under the sink to look for some and the whole cabinet was covered inside with mouse droppings. If there are mouse droppings in there, then it makes me wonder what the kitchen cupboards look like on the other side of the wall. The teenagers working were sitting on their phones. They definitely could have been doing some cleaning on their down time. Would love to give this place another chance if it...

I thought this would be better than dominos- 4.5 stars vs 3.9. Wow I will not order anything from here again. Pizza looked nothing like the pictures. I am not exaggerating when I say it. Look worse than any microwave Pizza. I have ever seen. It tasted like a tortilla with cheese, almost flavorless, and it was hard and unappealing. To prove my point, the salad I got came with ranch dressing. And when I put the wrench, it was all water, absolutely ridiculous. I think that the owner must be an older person. who has lost his taste buds and is only keeping it up as his legacy.But I think it's time to call it quits. Only positive is they delivered. But had i walked in and saw the pizza first. I would have turned around. Now I gotta go get my wife something...
