Horrible customer service. Called because our pipes were backing up into our house. They told me someone would be out sometime on Monday, 3 days later after 2 phone calls someone finally showed up. He was a really nice older gentleman. My husband and this guy worked for over 2 hr trying to get clog busted up. Finally, the plumber said that he would need a bigger machine. The plumber waited for 1 hr until someone finally showed up,with a bigger machine. the plumber told us that we wouldn't be charged for that wait time. The guy who brought the machine was here maybe 45 min. With the help of my husband, they got everything broken up and working again. We'll when we got the bill it was for 3.5 hours of work for both plumbers!! Over$600!! I called and spoke with someone and explained that only 1 plumber was here for that time the other plumber wasn't. He wasn't even here 1 hr. Hmm, then they proceed to tell me that the soonest they can get me in for a service is June 24....... It's the 6th. Read moreWorst customer service experience ever. Called yesterday to have an emergency oil delivery scheduled for today. The girl on the phone told me someone would call me in the morning by 10 am to set up the delivery. I waited until noon and called them to inquire about what's going on. The SAME girl then tells me that they won't make that delivery due to me being a non-current customer. You would think that if a potential customer tells you it's an emergency, you would at least have the decency to contact them and let them know you're unable to make the delivery so they can start pursuing other options.
