Little Venice Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Shenandoah

Ordered ordered over the phone. Lady was very rude and rushy. Should have been a red flag there. When picking up they gave us the wrong order not telling us there were two orders for Dan. Both ordering a pizza and a bag, so wasn't that suspicious that it could be wrong. Called to see if they could do anything to resolve this. They already knew we got the wrong order but they didn't call to let us know or anything. They would not doing anything for us because we lived further away, so it wasn't worth it for us to go back. Would not do a refund of the difference or anything. Lady was extremely rude on the phone a second time. First time ever getting food here, will be the last. Ordered a large extra cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks. Picked it up and said we called in an order for Dan, was given a pizza box and a small bag. Got home and realized I have a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and a large antipasta. Called the restaurant back and let them know, their response was "we had orders for 2 Dan's" yet didn't ask me to specify during pickup for which Dan. And got no kind of return or replacement option whatsoever. Also paid $6.00 more for an incorrect order to people who couldn't even apologize for their mistake during a phone call. Sad. The food is good the prices are right what else could you ask for....If you like spicy ,you must try Robbie's "Mexican" cheese steak...mmm.... really good.. exceptional !!
