Impact Thrift Shop — Local services in Shepherd

First time visit today. First off there are a ton of item in this store a lot which are crammed or staked on each other and nothing is priced. Now for my biggest issue. There is a young man who works the counter that has great customer service skills. Wants to make sure that everyone is ok and that everything they are buying works. I had a product that I knew was broken but it was not big deal. I tried to tell this to the young man but with all the fans going I could understand how it was hard to hear. He was in the middle of telling me that the items was broken when a woman tried to intervene. He said “excuse me I am with a customer” and she proceeded to belittle him in front of me, my kids and another group of customers. After we got in the car my kids asked “ why did that lady make things awkward, he was obviously trying his best”.
