Paw Springs Resort — Local services in Sheridan

They go above and beyond and have their hearts in the right place. My “grand doggies”were recently boarded for a few days for a family vacation. It was their first time away. One dog that is all about the show, loved all the attention and playing with the other dogs! They sent pictures and gave updates. The other dog was a shelter dog and very shy. One night , while enjoying some outdoor potty time, she decided she was just ready to go home. And since she can climb an 9 foot fence at home , she ran for it! The wonderful, dedicated staff at Paw Springs called the parents to let them know about the situation and they stayed tracking the escapee for hours late until midnight when they finally located her back at her house. They let her in the yard for the night because she would not come to them and neighbors were getting cranky. We could see her come into the house and sleep so all was good. The Paw Springs staff made sure she had some food and water for the night. Then at the crack of dawn they were back and were able to bring someone she was more familiar with so she would come to them safely. It was an adventure but the staff did not give up and they made sure she was safe. They did a fabulous job with a difficult situation. It doesn’t matter who answers the phone here, they always sound miserable or extremely rude. I mean they sound like they hate their life being there! The attitudes at this place are insane. I’ve been bringing my dog there for about 9 months, and I will not be doing so anymore.

I have never had any issues with the grooming services done here, and my dog always looks great, but the over booking and “scheduling” is ridiculous.

Instead of an appointment time you drop your pet off between 7-9AM, and get them back sometime later that day. My Daisy has been groomed across several states, and I have NEVER seen a grooming facility with a “schedule” like this. I’m sorry, but I’m not leaving my senior dog to sit in a metal crate until you can get to her. I was informed that they rotate the dogs out and allow them to go outside every 10 minutes. Based on what the employee told me earlier about the amount of drop offs they had scheduled for today, I really don’t think they have...
