Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Sheridan

I work early mornings in town. Sonic is the only place to get lunch at 9am when it's my lunch break. I eat there often, atleast grab a drink a couple of times a week. I order on the app as soon as I leave work and check in as soon as I get to Sonic. The issue is they'll clear my order as brought to me,but not bring it out ... nearly every other time and I end up having to wait 10-15 extra mins, and then buzz them to bring it out. Because after it is cleared they don't know where its supposed to go. Today they brought out my food cold and then forgot my drink. So I only had a few minutes to inhale my food-cold. But I was hungry so its whatever. But management needs to explain to the crew go NOT clear the order out until they have brought it. Its getting worse and aggravating. Last time it was ice cream... melted because they didn't know where it was supposed to go. I sent it back and they remade it. I wasnt rude and they apologize a lot but that doesn't make up for the time I wasted...

I didn't order from Sonic the last time I visited, because their ice cream machine was down. Sadness fell upon my heart because I really wanted a resses blast. They were polite about crushing my ice cream filled dreams and cravings, so they get stars.. yaay! Also, every time I order, I'm always making it complicated on them with a sonic burger on toasty bread and chili cheese tots for my side and some weird yummy 😋 ice cream combination for my drink, and they always get my order right! It's fast, and it's good! I felt super bad to the last carhop who brought my order out since I didn't have any cash on me to be able to tip. I can't leave a tip on my card unless I pay through the app. Yo, Sonic, can we change that? It's 2021, lots of folks don't carry actual money and your carhops make like 7 something an hour to deal with crazies like me all day. They need them tips if ya know what I mean! Lemme leave a tip on my card for these underpaid and overworked ladies...

The location in Sheridan, AR brought my steak sandwich out but I called them to come back to car to pick up the sandwich after one bite. It was very old meat and tasted like it had been sitting around for a few days already cooked. There was no offer of another steak sandwich, OR a refund. I did request they bring me a hotdog with mustard and they did. I drove away but the hotdog wasn't cooked or even warm so it was thrown away.. This Sonic location has served me totally wrong orders more than once. Like a cheeseburger ordered with ONLY mustard and onions served to me, (I left Sonic traveling west toward my home) was made with mayo and EVERYTHING on it, was sloppily constructed and gross. Would not recommend this location at all. Check your food!! Their fast food is too expensive to end up driving home...
