First let me start by saying that no one inside the store will take an order. They look at you crazily or don't look at you at all. You are expected to place your own order thru the kiosk. I was tempted to get back in my vehicle and go in the drive thru! Nevertheless, I ordered at the kiosk. Ordered tacos light on the meat and it was stuffed full with overly dry meat, ordered nachos and cheese but only received the cheese. This happens everytime I come here. They forget part of my order. Do they not know what quality management is or rather - DO THEY CARE?? This is the ONLY Taco Bell I would go to, but not after today. I'm done. As I waited for my food with 3 other people, a group of teenagers came in and started grabbing trays off the counter as the workers called out patrons' names. 2 stars for courtesy because the food is pretty good if they ever get your order right. Every time we go something is wrong or missing, even when I instruct them to check it twice. They didn’t get the order right, didn’t give drink cups, didn’t supply requested sauces, can’t get a printed receipt. Hard to get someone’s attention to help when there is an issue.
