I’m very upset with the way the facility is trying to blow off the issue that I have at the center. We have a great swim instructor for our son and she is willing to change things for the better but the centers main director don’t want to help the community don’t give a flying flip about anyone but themselves when you get to that point retire you are at the point that someone else needs to take the center to the next level I’m very disappointed in the center and hopefully some major changes for the good will be in the near future. VERY DISAPPOINTED in private lessons with Shannon for our granddaughter and daughter. Shannon was a no show twice for four lessons, once for the 2nd lesson then a no show for their make up lesson! She was at the facility and would not even see my daughter to explain why she was a no show. I was present at the first lesson and Shannon’s method was not age appropriate. She should not be teaching swimming with such an unprofessional and irresponsible approach and attitude about the time. My daughter and granddaughter were taking off time and making special effort to attend to do this. We could not be more...

Community center is not set-up for families of the community. The price they charge kids to get in is crazy. $5 for a 3-5 yrs old and $5 for an adult. I understand the adult price but kids should be like $2 or $3. Then you can not use your debit card unless you spend $20. And I stay around the corner from the community center and I would rather go to Jacksonville community center it cost $5 for me and my 5yr son to get in and not $10. So yes could for older people not the younger generation. And the center needs major updates...
