okay so let me start off with how i made the appointment, i will say that it was my fault i didn't know that they automatically assigned the nail tech so i most definitely should've done what i usually do and called in for an appointment. so when i entered the salon the lady (Teresa) walked up and looked at my nails with confusion. Let me put out there that I'm a cosmetologist in training so i had hair color under my nails. So i already felt uncomfortable because I knew my nails looked bad but she didn't have to show it. so we get to starting on my nails and after she clipped them she checked the size how they usually do, but what i didn't know was that one hand what shorter than the other, not only that but my nails were crooked... that was the first problem. The second problem was when she said that they always give her the "weird clients". The third problem was when she gave me Gel nails and i asked for acrylic because i don't like how gel nails bubble up on the side. And let me say that they were very bubbly. Also if you can see that I have hair color under my real nails and i asked for Acrylic, you would think that she would put a nude base but she didn't. then i asked for a glittery black and didn't even do that right because she didn't cover the whole nail. So when it was time for me to get the design so had to give me to a nail tech who knew how to do the designs, she literally looked at my nails with shock because they did not look right at all. I said "Ma'am could you please at least try to make the shape look better?" and she did the best she could but i will most definitely not be going to that nail tech again. So thank you Ms. Kelly for trying to fix them, but i will most definitely be back the next day and i will call in and make the appointment with the right nail tech because i most definitely cried as soon as i got out the salon because these nails look like they're...

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in & though they close at 7, they were MORE than accommodating for me! I didnāt have to wait long, but during the wait, they continued to update me and make sure I was happy. The waiting area was very comfortable. There were cute comfy couches and a tv for entertainment. I was serviced with a pedicure first. Ms. Teresa was very sweet! She made me feel very comfortable as she did my feet. She took her time, paid attention to every detail and the end result was FLAWLESS! We talked the entire time. I was serviced next by Ms. Keisha who did my full set. The sweetest person you ever want to meet. I showed her a picture of how Iād like my nails and baby they look FAR greater than the picture! These ladies LOVE what they do and it shows. I wasnāt rushed, even though I was the last customer and I didnāt feel unwelcome! I have never loved my nails SO much! They have a forever customer in me. I was scheduled for a 3 o'clock appointment, when I got there she was still with another client which was fine, a lady walks in with 3 broken nails and tells me that Keshia (the tech I was scheduled to see) had done them so I told her I had an appointment with her and that she would probably have to wait, by 3:30 Keshia's mother walks in the waiting room and tells the walk in to have a seat at Keshia's station w/o saying a word to me, I stepped out to tell them I had an appt., Keshia tells me I'll get you after I'm done with the repair, I told her I didn't want to wait another 30 or 40 minutes and could she just reschedule me so she did but the following day I received a text message saying due to the conflict and time restraint we will no longer be able to service you, we wouldn't want to waste any of your valuable time.
