I've been driving the truck now for 3 weeks after all of the work they did on it, and it's driving like a CHARM. I need to rely on this truck to perform for me as a pool technician.

Darilek and Max and his team were Awesome. Very easy to talk to over the phone. They come off as the type of people who care about being fair, and who care about actually helping people out more than trying to boost their sales numbers. Once it's in the shop, he's FAST too.

The work I had done:

Rotors Valve Cover Gasket 2 Oil Leaks Eco-boost lower radiator had a hole, was leaking oil - needed replacement

Go read their Napa 2-Year Limited Warranty for labor on certain repairs on their website.

I'll never trust a non-certified or shade tree mechanic again with a newer and nicer vehicle just to save money, that didn't work out well.

And some of these chain mechanic brands with multiple locations, on the phone it came off as if some of them are just competing for sales between each other if you think about it. That was my experience before calling Darilek.

Great place to do business. I have used them for years with a lot of vehicles and have never had a problem. They are fair and honest, twice I have gotten quoted prices for repairs and when I got the bill it was for less than they had quoted. This doesn’t happen anymore. I call them this past Friday morning to make an appointment for an oil change at about 8:30 AM. They told me if I could bring it fairly soon they would have it out by 11:00 AM. I got the car there a little after 9:00 and at 10:30 I got a call saying my service was complete and the car was ready to go. They truly are a great place to do business. I recommend them often.
