Purchased a front bumper with built in grill guard and the 2" receiver for my 2018 F350 Dually. I took a good look at the construction of the bumper and welds ( as that's my job) and I wasn't too happy to see that the welds around the tubes were not completely wrapped around meaning they will have a small hole at the start and end of the welds. I knew this would be a good spot for rust to start and it did not even after a year of installation. I have blistering and rust spots in numerous spots on the bumper and guard. Now I will have to grind off the powder coating, fill in the weld holes and then pay $400 to have it Linex coated so it doesn't rust anymore. After spending $1500 U.S for this bumper I am not the happiest with the product. It does look great and I get a lot of people staring at my truck now because of it, I just hope they don't notice the rust spots all over it. If it wasn't for the few welds and rust spots it would get 5 stars...

I ordered fog light brackets and hood latch relocation bracket for my bumper on the 21st. the woman said I’ll get a confirmation email when they ship. Called back because I haven’t heard anything on the 27th. She said the hood latch relocation bracket is on back order, so she was going to wait to send the fog light brackets with the hood latch bracket, I told her send me the fog light brackets now, she said she would. Here it is on the 4th. and I still haven’t heard anything, tried calling them multiple times today, and they aren’t answering. Finally got a hold of them, claimed UPS didn’t come last week. Then she claimed the fog light brackets would be shipped today, still no word on the relocation bracket. It is now 2 hours after they closed, and the fog light brackets have yet to ship like she said they would. Their bumpers are great, but their customer service is terrible. It took less time to ship a whole bumper than it has to ship 3...

The fact that none of your dealers in my area will install one because they either ignore you completely (oh email us photos of your brush guard) or they point blank say they don’t want to risk installing it on a new truck. How hard is it to have dealers that can actually take a brush guard from one truck (that’s already removed) and put it on a new truck? Same truck just a new year same brush guard fits the truck. One giant expensive paperweight sitting around with legit not even a month of use… who picks your dealers? Because they seem incompetent! I’m about to go to a different brand, thought your brand would increase the value of the truck (because it’s so good) but here I am thinking.. let’s just buy a china made one and scrap metal this one…that’s sad.
