I have moved up my rating from a 1-star to a 3-star review because the management was willing to somewhat resolve the issue. The below events did happen, but they called as soon as I sent the email to talk about it. They are trying some new things, seemed sincere to listen to my suggestions, and while they didn't issue any refund, offered me free passes to the waterpark to give them another shot. They realize that there is some work to be done with event hosting. We'll see what changes are in store..

Avoid planning a birthday party for your child in the tropical indoor playground...they do absolutely nothing to help you, and the price they charge is outrageous! We didn't know what to expect, except that we had to provide our own food and drink. They don't even decorate or stop by to ask if there is anything you need. Here's what to expect: Get there early to wait in a long line to check in at the desk because they will not stop by your party room. Then walk in to the crowded indoor park with hundreds of children screaming. Because of the way that they have it set up, children will be running through your party area with their parents chasing them the whole time. It is small, so there won't be enough room for gifts or the food. Also, there was an alarm going off for 20 minutes before someone came to turn it off. My voice is hoarse from having to scream over the background noise to direct the party-goers. How can you expect anyone to be satisfied with that experience? I had to order the cake, order the pizza, bring all beverages and cutlery, decorations, etc...That is a lot of work to have to do yourself when you pay an event center. PROVIDE AT LEAST SOME LEVEL OF SERVICE FOR YOUR PARTIES OR LOWER THE PRICE. TOTALLY...

Went here for a birthday party everything went fine as far as the birthday.

We went to the pool afterwards and enjoyed it for the most part. All the kids from the party seemed to have enjoyed it. Btw this was our first time here.

This would have gotten a 3 star rating at most. However this was not the case. The pool closes at 7:45pm. So with that being said, you would think that the pool is closed at 7:45 and you are allowed to shower in the locker room and get dressed and gather your things but no. They expect you to leave the locker room by 7:45pm. And the staff is rude about it reminding you that the swimming pool is closed (while you are in the locker room and waiting for a stall to open up). This alone would have gotten 3 stars with the rude staff.

The reasoning why this got a 1 star is because negative stars is not an option. The first stall that opened up for me I ended up using. There ended up being feces in the corner of it. I thought maybe there was a crack on the tile but nope, it was def. Poo from a small child that was either told that it was okay or they just couldn't hold it in. I'm not sure how long it had been there for but clearly the staff do not make rounds to clean the stalls. Because that was absolutely disgusting. There was also food all over in the stalls (like popcorn as well as food and candy wrappers) prior to going INTO the pool. Which was still there afterwards while the pool was closing. I guess I should have put 2 and 2 together of how often the staff cleans the locker rooms just from that. That was quite the first time...

The pool itself was so much fun! The pool staff on the otherhand awful! One lifeguard (a bigger white guy with a beard) made it his mission to yell at every kid doing anything.. you could see it in his stance he clearly took the job as an opportunity to yell at children for things that aren't even stated on the rule board! At least 5 parents were saying the same thing, you don't scream at a 2 year old for standing on a part of the floor they don't even have a no standing sign on. Secondly my husband lost his cell phone but the pool was closing for a New Years Eve party in a bit, they refused to let him back in to check where we were sitting in the pool area, they did however allow me to when I went back in and pounded on the windows. Still couldn't find it so we filled out a paper and they said they'd call us if it was found. Well on the way home we figured out the find your phone app which showed it sitting at the desk. Drove all the way back waited for the doors to open as I'm calling it on repeat and finally got to the front of the line and asked if they found it, the lady responded in a snotty tone that "we were looking for that phone earlier" yeah lady and my app says it's sitting here! Finally a man brought it from the back after I put it on alarm mode! Not once did we get a call startin it was found. Some employeese here are rude and...
