A lot can change in a few months. When I first discovered this location it had just opened and was great… I wrote a stellar review of the location and service. Over the past several weeks the management team changed and now even the quality of the product has as well. My go to drink have gone downhill and I could sense it was happening but today it was absolutely the worse. There were Chunks of nuts, seeds and a thinned out smoothie. Be careful leaving reviews for this location. The manager will figure out who you are, Acost you about your review, accuse you of lying, bring race into it. The assistant manager will chirp in for no reason. They caused a scene in the store. I left a review over a month ago, continued to frequent the business, the manager was there on multiple occasions and said nothing to me. Received two bowls, both not in line with their marketing or my DOZENs of visits in California, Arizona or Woodbury, MN. I would have gone to a different location again but the response to my inquiry was overwhelmingly unprofessional and yielded no resolution!
