Had my AC go out halfway through a 2 week road trip out west and ended up being a bigger problem than expected. Brought my car in to Tom's Auto for a quote and he warned me it may not make it much farther if I drove it as is. I took a chance and drove it anyways. Lo and behold it held up about 30 more minutes. I called Tom's Auto and he drove out of his way to tow me back to his shop, order the part I needed, and quickly fix my car for a very fair price. He really helped me out when I needed it, and it saved the trip.
