Would put 0 stars but 1 will work. Only thing that went quick about this experience was them taking our money. False promises, bad service and more bad service. Originally told should take about 1-2 weeks to deliver our sofa that they had to "special order", ended up taking 5 weeks to get here. Throughout these 5 weeks we called a few times to check in and always got a longer and longer shipping time quoted to us. Finally asked for a manager after week 4, was not very friendly, very to the point, finally got an answer as to when our sofa should get here and it did finally. Their return policy is even more horrendous than their actual service. Either 20% restocking fee or in store credit that EXPIRES after 60 days...Will not be buying anything from here again. Ashley wouldn't deliver to my remote cabin. I did not assemble properly (No instructions) which caused damage to vinyl (I thought I bought leather recliher because this is what I requested at store). Customer service and sales person did not return my call for a week when I wanted assembly help because no instructions. Ashley customer service stated they would try to repair loveseat if I transport full loveseat to their warehouse in Phoenix, but no guarantees. The loveseat weighs 270 lbs where we as seniors don't feel capable of carrying out of cabin and loading on trailer to and back from Phx waehouse. After 1 week I call to get a better estimate and they change it to 6-8 weeks and say they can’t control what their warehouse does. I decide to cancel this order as I need the furniture sooner than 6-8 wks. Manager will not cancel without a 25% “restocking “fee even though the furniture never left the warehouse. Then he tries to tell me that I signed for those terms. And that all sales are final for special orders. This was not a special order. I never signed anything.
