If I could give this place a 0/5 stars I would. I took my car to have my subs and new door speakers put in and they told me it would be done by 5 and I took it there in the morning. I called at 5 and they said it wouldn't be done til later, ended up not getting out of there til like 9. Then my subs don't even work, my door speakers keep going in and out and sometimes I don't even have music playing at all even when the volume is on super high. Called and took it back to them 3 times and still haven't fixed it. So I tried to do a charge back and they refused it bc they said that I needed to take it to another audio place for them to write up a thing stating that it was messed up, which I did and they stated that they messed it up and wrote everything that needed to be fixed. So here I am almost a year later still with an unfixed radio/door speakers and subs and out almost $600 and they refuse to fix it correctly. So I wouldn't recommend them in any form or fashion!
February 26,2019 and brought it back and shocker, it still remains unfixed. My left side speakers still don't work, it still has tons of static, my subs don't even work at all neither does my bass knob. I now have mechanism error popping up randomly. But of course they said hey its probably your subs you can buy some from us for $400 and I'll do free labor and get it fixed. No! I've already put $600 in this for my car to not work at all and make me miserable everyday and have problems everyday for the past year and couple months now. Sad I hear such great things about this place but my luck mines the one that's messed up and not getting fixed. Save your money since I can't get mine back and my stuff doesn't even work. Now have mechanism error on my radio! Y'all have done nothing to fix my stuff, only to make it worse and try to point fingers at others. All you did was unplug my amps to my door speakers so those would try to work which they don't. You are so unprofessional and I wish it would allow me to leave you 0 stars, not recommend you to anyone and not like y'all care obviously but your customer service is...

To further clarify a few things the work was done in December '22. I did call the next business day to report the quality issues. I had a number of mechanical things to resolve with the truck so there were long periods of the truck staying parked. The mechanical issues were unrelated to the audio install. The truck was driven less than 1,000 miles in one year.
I do appreciate the timely response in attempting to resolve the quality issues. The issues were experienced on two Galaxy S22, iPhone 12, iPhone 15 Promax and an S24 ultra. I'm unsure on why the audio anarchy reps were unable to replicate the issues.
In the end, when they talked with me about the idea of replacing the stereo with the concern that it probably would not change anything, I left. I was very confused at that point on what I should do but at no point did I ever give a verbal decline.
The people at Audio Anarchy are very nice and appear to be knowledgeable.
In the end, I was disappointed with the audio install that they did for me. There were problems that remain unresolved after multiple attempts. I feel like my time and money were wasted.
In the end I am going to a different installer to...
Read moreI'm highly disappointed after seeing the work they did for my son. He wanted a simple amp install to include power/ground. It's not his first system, but it is the first one he paid a shop to do work on since he doesn't have the tools and space to do it now. With that being said, he didn't think he had to inspect the job after it was done. He recently had to deploy, so I went down to LA to pick up his Sorento and drive it back to OH for storage. Upon opening the hood, I saw this. I may overlook it if it came out of some teenagers' house garage but not for a pro shop that charges. Who doesn't secure the ANL fuse holder? It's literally hanging there. The 0 Guage positive wire has more shrink wrap on the cable sheathing than the copper ring terminal. The battery terminal cover doesn't close all the way, and the wire terminal is accessible for something to short out on it. I'll likely just redo this myself because I wouldn't want this safety issue to go across the country again without correcting it. Do better guys! You charge a pretty penny to run wires, and powerful ones at that. Ensure the installer does a clean and safe install of them. This...
