Since I have started eating here the menu has significantly improved. I have started noticing the meats being kept much more moist and not dry and hard as cardboard. The foods have much more flavor even if it's simply pepper. The toaster works now and the steaks and chickens are much better! I love when they have steak or flavored chicken breasts. The baked potato days absolutely delicious and the potatoes aren't dried out. There are options such as bacon, ham, chili, beef, to put on the potatoes and I'm a huge fan of the fresh green onions to sprinkle on things. Green onions on the bar should be offered more especially for tacos and burritos since the onions add a supreme taste to the sour cream and guacamole. I'd like to taste a bit more cilantro in the salsa but it's still really good salsa. Oh and ever since the addition of jalapeños to the bar... 🤌 perfect. The veggies and fruits are absolute wonders here full freshness and flavor. I'm a very big fan of the cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies. I think they should make more chocolate chip cookies and less of the others although someone mentioned the peanut butter ones were good when they made them and they seem to be keeping up with making coffee now. I really enjoy eating at the DFAC now for all my meals since these changes have taken place.
Also I'm REALLY enjoying the later hours for dinner! Staying open until 1900 is perfect because a lot of us go to the gym before eating and by the time we get out the DFAC would be closing at 1830. The 1900 closing time is absolutely amazing for our...

Lunch is the same Monday is Italian food, Taco Tuesday, chineese food Wednesday, thyroid Thursday (fatty foods), free Friday, weekends are leftovers except for Sunday evening where they usually put on a good dinner. Dinner is usually bad for the same reasons...
Read moreThe food is great, for cafeteria food, which is a high compliment. It isn't on the menu all too often, but when it is, their Ruben sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had.
The staff are accommodating and it feels like they enjoy their jobs, I haven't experienced them be rude or show their annoyance towards their customers.
I love being able to look out and see the majestic mountain view as I eat my meals there.
I do wish that the coffee machines would get fixed soon, but other than that, they are a great dining facility, and I...
