Horrible service!! Booked a load with Chris and he is was very RUDE!! I dispatched my driver, when he arrived the warehouse kicked him out. They said there was no load. Talked to Chris he had the wrong address on the confirmation. He said he could not get us loaded because if he were to send my driver to the new location they would charge them $300 and his boss did not want to pay that either!! WE OBVIOUSLY ASKED FOR A TONU!!! He said his boss was also not going to pay that.....EXTREMELY unprofessional!! He also said "Mam' either you can stop talking or I am going to have to hang up the phone!!" Dont ever work with them!!!

Whatever the case is companies should always...
