My family had always gone to Rogers for jewelry since I was very young, so I convinced my now-husband that we should have our rings made there, for traditions sake; It was a disheartening experience. We were treated like children who couldn't afford the work and in the end our rings were lackluster. We were young and didn't want to argue, but to this day I look at my ring and get a little sad that we didn't go somewhere else. Sadly I talked my wife into going in to see about a repair, she wanted to wait until she could see her regular silversmith, she has a lot of silver. Kind, trustworthy, good people. Mr Rogers himself was able to fix my bent Ring Wrap before I even made a lap around his store! I was shocked when he said no charge. Hard to find good business owners like him anymore. We will definitely be back to get a watch fixed as well as make some purchases to support his small business.
