I was told by the lady working the front they couldn’t do the cake design I wanted. So i settled for a more simple design I was told they could do. The day of my event I had my sister pick up the cake and calls me telling me the cake had a #3 when I ordered a #1. They told my sister they could make me a number one in black shortly. So she waited for them to make the #1. When she brought me the cake I was so disappointed. Not only did I already knew they messed up the # but they gave my sister two # 1’s so i could pick which one to put on the cake. Both ones were ugly and you could tell they made them in a rush not caring how they looked and they didn’t even match the cake. The royal blue is the picture of the cake I requested with a #1, with a baby blue color instead of the royal blue, with it saying Happy Birthday Jayden. They didn’t even bothered putting the stars all around the cake just the front of it . The cake they made looks nothing like what I requested. The only good thing I can say is the cake tasted really good but that’s it. Not only did they mess up my cake but also my sister’s gender reveal cake. She ordered one of those cakes you burn the top to and it has a message that reveals after it burns. Well that top layer that was supposed to burn was touching the layer underneath revealing the gender of the baby so that was an epic fail too. I get it mistakes happen but to me these types of mistakes can really offset and throw off your event.
