Katherine and Raul came in expecting a two-hour job but worked tirelessly for over five hours to bring my grill back to life. Not a single complaint, just pure dedication and hard work to make sure it looked and performed like new.

They even handled some minor repairs along the way, ensuring everything was fixed up, fired up, and ready to go. The grill now looks amazing and runs like a dream!

Everything started out great. Good communication and an appointment to replace new ignition switches on my grill and burner. Didn’t have the parts, even though I sent pictures and explained what needed to be replaced. So, we need a week to get the parts. Understand. After 10 days I reached out. We’ll be by today or tomorrow to install. Great, then nothing, no communication ie - we’re busy, we’re running behind, how does tomorrow between 10-1 sound? Nothing! So I cancelled the job. They replace the regulator assembly and grill fired up great. They did an excellent job of cleaning the grill it looks way better than before they cleaned it.
