Hit or miss. Food safety, health code, and ADA violations everywhere. Bartenders prepping food with their personal cells on the counter and their personal open beverages without washing hands. Wires hanging out of the walls and ceiling including a light fixture detached. Chemicals stored above beverages. No wheelchair can reasonable use the access door with the turning radius and heavy door without a button to assist. And again they didn’t have things prepped for service. Food is decent but that’s Ocotillo, not Side Car. And last time I was here, they let a guy put his dog on the bar because I think he is an employee. He ordered food for the dog. Beautiful drinks, prepared well. Great service. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Wonderful dark, sultry ambience inside and fun misted patio outside next to the restaurant Ocotillo who provides the food. Parking is great with both angled street parking and a nearby lot servicing both the bar and restaurant. Also the Chinese place China Chili across street is great so lots of options to fill up before imbibing some seriously cool cocktails

The drinks were great but the service was extremely slow. I went here for a wedding and they were making the Bride & Groom's signature drinks, but it was taking a very long time. These drinks had 5-7 ingredients in them and when you have a wedding for 90-100 people that's going to take the entire cocktail hour, which it did. I've worked in bars and I understand the craft that goes into making drinks, but usually at an event like this, they should be making them in bulk and pouring them like they would a beer, so that people can enjoy mingling with others and not waiting in a line.
