Brought my 2014 jk Rubicon there for bad sway the rear end was 1/4” off center when I brought it to them and needed rear track bar and alignment. They called me saying it needed a gear box and new line So I bit saying as long as it fixes the bad sway they had my Jeep 3weeks picked it up on 3/15/23 so $850.00 later didn’t fix a thing and my cruise no longer worked lites we’re on in dash cluster Them not knowing till the end I’m a 22 yr auto tech that just had 3 heart attacks and was scheduled for another surgery 3/17/23 so I brought it home my Son an I scanned it they broke the clock spring in steering column when they changed the gearbox (Because they didn’t secure the steering wheel) before disconnecting steering shaft And the rear end was (NOT 1/4” out) but worst 5/8 and the opposite side They Suck and I have pictures and videos to show there bad work (oh and they wouldn’t fix there screw up the gentleman I talked with was ignorant

Jisco has taken care of me on my past three trucks from leveling kits, wheels, tires and even helpful advice. (their work pictured below) I continue to support these guys because they're fair, knowledgeable, and personable. I was considering some imported tires but decided to go with the Cepek's pictured below on the Chevy due to the owners suggestion. American made with a 45k mile warranty was enough to catch my attention. If you need something done on your 4x4 go see these guys. I promise you won't regret it. Support Local. Support Veteran Owned.

Jisco Truck installed an AllDogs RCKilla Anti-Spacer lift for my Nissan Frontier. Mark was my installer and did a fantastic job! Veteran owned and attention to detail is high at this place. Also had them install a BakFlip tonneau cover. Will definitely use for future wheels and tires. Thank you Jisco.

First off I brought my 13 Rubicon for rear end needing rebuilt,I bought all the parts myself.the owner said he would do the job that they have done hundreds of rearends on Dana 44s well let me say the real how this went I bought the new parts new factory elocker, new 5:13 gears a master install kit. They got it all together in a short time but I got the Jeep back after a few weeks the jeep wasn't driven much and owner said (oh that's the worst thing you can do) the rear gears were making noise and leaking fluid from the front of the differential yoke the pinion was causing the noise they told me so the jeep went back in. 2nd time to them to fix guaranteed their work was flatbedded there.i paid the local towing truck $175 out of my pocket because it was sent there a third time to fix because my insurance only covers one tow for the same issue they had my jeep for 4 months and told me 3 different stories what the issue was first wanted to blame last person/shop for the problem when they were paid to fix and do the work properly so they said it was shims, then was bearings he told me the parts were on backorder for three months I called Yukon and said parts were readily available and many other places I've gotten jeep parts from no problems within a few days then lastly they say the gears needed replaced they did this work already (improper installation setup)from the get go all coming from the owner and mechanic that worked on the jeep.I waited 4 months to get this jeep back and told them it was sold and was nothing done but all lies and b.s.improper install and terrible customer service from them.Every time I called for an update on the jeep the person answering phone gave immediate attitude and didn't know anything and didn't care what he said he needs fired for how they acted I told owner and he says "oh well he just answers calls" if he said that in person they would have been dealt with who lets people say this to customers??Finally I called owner once last time he says oh yeah your jeep is done a week ago,did he or anyone call me to tell me this?? NOT once ever did they call with updates on the jeep in 4 months there. I always had to call them and get a run around hope this place closes down nothing but liars and cost me money and time.I will NEVER deal with them or wouldn't ever recommend...

NEVER AGAIN! My F-150 Ford FX4 developed a power steering issue. I was referred to Jisco Truck N Off Road April 16, 2022. Their diagnosis was a bad power steering pump and a bad rack & pinion. I didn't even make it back to Sharpsville when I noticed it was having the same symptoms as it had before they worked on it. The bill was $1806.58! I called as soon as I got home and they actually answered the phone! I was told there could be air in the lines so I kept my eye on it. The truck isn't a daily driver, but I noticed that I had to start adding PS fluid more that I should have to. I made several calls and had to leave messages most of the time. I finally drove back early this past summer and they checked it out. I was told I had a faulty rack & pinion and they blamed Auto Zone for the bad part. I waited a ridiculous amount of time to hear back about it and finally took my truck to a local repair shop only to find that when the pump was installed by Jisco the tech over tightened one of the lines and pushed the 0 ring into the pump and ruined it. I had to e-mail that info to Jisco to even get their attention. Phone calls were not effective. They finally called me the 1st week of July (2023) and we discussed the issue. Justin told me he would get me an appointment to resolve the issue. I never heard from him again. it is now mid October and on top of the $1806.58, I paid an additional $354.00 at another shop to correct the problem. Now I get the "We're all veterans here" like that has anything to do with fixing my truck. Well I am a veteran also from the "sixties". I lost my little brother in Vietnam in 1971. Both of my sons are veterans, the youngest still serving for over 24 years. You didn't take very good care of this veteran who's sharing this review. Very disappointed. PS There's nothing wrong with the...
