I went to GameStop last night, and the night prior. I had the best experience I have ever had at a gaming retailer. Yovanny definitely delivered the best customer service. He had such a desire and willingness to help. I was looking to get Spider-Man: Miles Morales on the PS5 with the Spider-Man Remastered code included. He guided me on the best way to purchase this game. Also, I never buy warranties. But, he did convince me to get one and I’m glad I did. He saved me a ton of money and made me want to come back to this GameStop for years and years to come. I am shocked his name was not Chad due to how great and how much of a Chad he was. He took amazing care of me and suggested renewing my pro card which I did because he suggested it!
