I truly did love this store & its way bigger than I had anticipated. They had everything you could ever want in a store. Kitchen ware from pots & pans to cast iron ware. Toasters of every kind & every gadget for the kitchen right on up to having gardening tools to even Cowboy hats & boots. I ended getting some really COOL American Flag T-shirts by Bone Head Outfitters. Really awesome purchase for me & at a great price. I came all the way from California to visit my Auntie & she told me this store was amazing & she was right. This store had a little bit of everything. Even camping stuff & Humming bird feeders & the metal poles they hang from. We got a great price on one. Even got my Cat a toy from the store so I could take it back to California for her to play with. They also had some pretty amazing flashlights 🔦 there to along with knives as well. Even some cool toys for the kids were sold there. Cell phone charging cords & travel batteries as well were there. Anything I could ever need was in this cool store. 😎 Thank you Smithfield Implement Co. & True Value 👍🏼 you guys have awesome stuff & the staff was fast & friendly & one girl employee Even helped me find & locate the shirts I bought to take back with me. We purchased an ice cream machine from Smithfield implement in October last year. It was their last one. Apparently, they put the 4 quart display into a 6 quart box. They sold it to us as a 6 quart machine. When we pulled the machine out to use it this spring, we realized that the 6 quart machine that we purchased was actually the 4 quart machine. I took the machine back to exchange it out for the correct item and was told they couldn’t help me. We have purchased 10 machines from them over the year for different family members. The owner’s son was the one helping me. He was EXTREMELY rude. He made me feel like I was a villain trying to pull a fast one on him. There was zero customer service and the experience was so unpleasant I will never shop here again! I definitely would have given this zero stars if that was an option. Or even negative stars. I have told everyone that I ran into what a poor experience this was hoping that none of them will ever shop there again also. In talking with my sister and another neighbor I found that they had the exact same, negative experience with customer service! Better wise up,...
