Absolutely terrible experience. Last Friday someone from this company came to my store to pick up the ice cream cooler, claiming my sales were too low. I’ve been asking for months to replace it with a small stand-up cooler, but they ignored every request. The guy who came was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had a nasty attitude. He didn’t care about customer service at all.
To make things worse, he left all the ice cream sitting out in containers and didn’t give me any credit for the melted product. I called their office — no answer. I even emailed them on Saturday and still haven’t received a single response.
This is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. I own multiple stores, and because of this experience, I’m pulling out all of their coolers from every one of my locations — and so are my business friends. We’ll be switching everything over to Hershey’s instead.
