I visited here to purchase an item I had come across.the day before. I was promised a great deal on said item and I was back to.seal that deal. Well, turns out that somewhere a part to the item i was the to purchase had gone missing. This was not good because the missing part was needed to make make the item function properly. My associate was very kind and went above and beyond searching for it and even contacting the MOD from the prior day at home on his day off concerning our dilemma. Unfortunately they were unable to.locate the missing piece. However, again going out their way to satisfy me and keep their part the deal, they discounted the cost of a replacement piece for the the one that was lost. Without taking a dime from me, they could have easily refused to sell me the item. Plus, again going above and beyond, my associate helped me locate what we both hope to be the replacement product online. Did I mention that this was all going on right about closing time when at other places, the employees may have simply rushed me out the door with or without my item or further assistance. Employees ofnValue Pawn Austell Road, in this day and age, with all the ills that are happening day to day, it felt good to have experienced someone working within the service industry ready to resolve a small problem without making me, the consumer, feel like somehow I had done something wrong. Hats off to all of you at this store for maintaining a great attitude and being the considerate and kind people you are. I only recently started interacting with one of your associates by the name of Charlie a few years back I have never successfully figured out how to ask Charlie a simple question without him, cutting you off, or jumping to a conclusion of what you’re going to ask, I see there are more positive experiences with Charlie. I just wish that I was able to have one of those positive experiences. I’m going to keep trying instead of dodging him and going to other people when I go in, perhaps I need to adjust what I do and how I ask, but I just continue to be disappointed with interactions with him and I’m not with others in the store today I asked him if I could ask just ask a couple simple questions about gun purchases. I’ve never done it before and I wanted to be sure I was certain of what would occur his reaction couldn’t have been more complicated and confrontational perhaps he has to be stern about gun purchases, and I understand but there is a sense of respectability and allowing the customer to ask a question, especially if we are uneducated about what we are asking. Come on Charlie we can do better than that !!
