Go to National Bowling Store Express in Austell (closest place to get ball drilled from EAV). They have plenty of ball options, they’ll measure and drill right there, and have bags and all the accessories you need. From what I saw, pricing is comparable if not cheaper than online (I bought my Black Widow 3.0 on Amazon). They also gave me one free game to try out the new ball and make sure I didn’t need modifications. Overall, great customer service, products and pricing.

Without another customer in the store I was measured and ball drilled in 20 minutes. It probably would have been faster had I not walked to the back and watched him like a little kid while asking noob questions. 🤣

And I just want to mention… Another bowler had entered the shop, immediately plopped his ball down and started talking to the shop owner. The shop owner acknowledged him and said “I’ll help you as soon as I’m done with him”. I know that something like this may go unnoticed, but common courtesy goes a long way with me. Bruce is hands down the best in the business. He has fixed my other balls that were drilled incorrectly from other shops. I always leave the shop feeling like I had great customer service!

2 years later and this is my go to spot. I will drive 40 mins to see Bruce before I go around the corner to my local guy. The integrity is something that is valuable. I’ve taken my ball baking several times and Bruce says no charge because nothing came out. Hard to find this in this day and age.
