Do not trust this company or it’s employees! I would give them less than one star if I could. I was told over the phone by the owner of the store that a mattress advertised on Facebook was less than 30 days old. I was told that it had come from a major bedding chain that gave them this mattresses that was returned to them by a customer under their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. When I arrived at the store, the mattress appeared to be more than 30 days old. I called the manufacturer of the bed. They looked up the model of this mattress, and said this model mattress had not been manufactured for almost twenty years. It was around a two hour round trip for me to come to the store. Such business people will deservedly suffer for misleading their trusting customers. Great Great customer service. Howie the owner is unbelievable. I had a problem with a washer I brought from there. Without hesitation he looked at it called me multiple times to keep me informedand when it turned out to not be a problemwith the washer and rather a problemwith my lines at my house he was very helpfulwith giving me ideas to make it work and even offeredto bring it back and help unloadif i didn't have anybody to help ne. Helen is such a sweetheart and her son is super nice. I got a fairly new bedroom suite from here for an affordable price AND because I was new to the state of GA and didn’t have much, Helen GAVE me a small table and stool because she said I needed something to eat on. How sweet! You don’t come across people that are so generous and authentic now and days but I’m so thankful to God that he lead me to this place. I’ll be going back to look for living room and/or kitchen...
