Hello T-Mobile, I want to tell you how wonderful kira at the T-Mobile in Bedford Pennsylvania is a wonderful representative of your company. I just joined T-Mobile and I'm thinking about getting an iPhone and she was very thorough on explaining the device to me. I have the internet through T-Mobile at my home and I really want to learn more about T-Mobile and the benefits of the company. I want to commend kira on her expertise and thoroughness of explanation of the devices and the T-Mobile app. She helped me to install my T-Mobile app and I really am glad because I'm an elderly lady and I only rely on my children at home to help me with such technology. I want to thank kira for taking the time and sharing her knowledge on helping me to make my decision on buying an iPhone. My daughter owns an iPhone and she recommended me to get an iPhone. Now I'm stuck trying to get my original service back and they can't do anything to help me. I've been on the customer service for over an hour and now they are telling me to go a corporate store 4 hours away. It's costing me more money to fix!!! Plus I'm out all the activation fees! If they would have told from the get go I wasn't in their service area ok and I would have walked away. This is day 11 and now my fone only half works! Here it is one month later I get bill for service that never worked. I returned everything thing to the store I bought it from and I'm being charged for devices that I returned. Call customer service they told me to call store, store said we can't help you call customer service and hung up on me.
