I walked in 10 minutes before closing, (because I as traveling some distance, and could not get there sooner). I received top notch welcome and service. I prefer pour-overs, which they do not do. So I got an Americano, I find Americanos from coffee shops to ALWAYS be on the bitter side, which is why I prefer pour-over, I like bright, fruity, light cups. To my surprise I found it to be the best AMERICANO I have EVER had. My wife will only drink Iced lattes with REAL cold foam, and found hers to be second ONLY to our local shop in WV, which I suspect will NEVER be matched. If we travel I look for craft coffee places to taste test and check out, She has tried every shop that does REAL cold foam we have run across, and nobody seems to replicate the quality of our local shop. Read moreI stopped by here after seeing so many great reviews. I ordered a 16 oz caramel latte and was surprised to find it only came with 1 shot of espresso. Most places use 2–3 shots for that size to balance the espresso with the milk, so starting with just one felt a bit off, and I had to pay extra to double it. Unfortunately, even with the added shot, the espresso tasted bland and unbalanced, and the caramel syrup (which I believe was Torani) had an artificial taste that didn’t work for me. I couldn’t make it past two sips. That said, the breakfast menu looked promising, so maybe I’ll give that a try...
Read moreThis is a 5 day a week stop for me. Love the espresso coffee and slightly more than obsessed with the HONEY cold foam. I like my coffee to taste like (good) coffee(it does here) and rarely add anything sweet...but this is just a touch of sweetness and floofy. I have tried it on cold brew coffee, iced matcha, iced London Fog....can't get enough. Highly recommend. Also a fan of the avocado toast and California Bagel.
