Absolute worst electric company I’ve dealt with. They are the only electric company to get electric from in the area, this allows them to treat people any way they like. Good luck getting these engineers and people to do anything. They couldn’t even give me a phone call within the same week I paid them up. I guess we should have told them they can’t have any money till I see work. The engineer came out in the week and put out two flags. The worst electric company I’ve ever seen in all my life living in over 6 states and 10 different places. I can’t even begin to relay how, unprofessional, inattentive, unhelpful, apathetic and overall terrible they are. I could go into detail about the constant power outages, power surges that have fried various appliances and the overall horrendously overpriced service that costs WELL above the national average, but other people have already done that.
