Super satisfied with my rental ! At first the initial weekend I booked for I had to reschedule for the following weekend due to the weather and Xtreme Jumps made sure I was a priority ! The owners, Husband & wife came out to set up and were super friendly ! I had an incident occur after setup with the bounce house deflating and immediately called them to try and fix the problem, they first walked me through the steps over the phone on how to resolve the issue, but when that didn’t work they did a turn around to bring me out a new blower, which I had to call them before they made it to me and let them know that being that I’ve never had anything that large generating energy from my home I blew a fuse, once I fixed the problem on my end everything was good to go and it lasted until the time of pickup! I am so thankful for the immediate response they had given me to help make my son’s party a success!! Everyone had a great time and still speak on the party which was a month ago !!! What an AMAZING company to do business with. I found them on Google and called April to explain our event for work. She put together an AWESOME package for WestPoint Home's 40th Anniversary Celebration and they were a one stop shop. We had 11 blow up events, cotton candy, popcorn, the tent, tables and chairs. Kenneth and April came and set everything up with their team and stayed to run the concession items and their staff helped with the 11 blow up items. Scheduling was easy, was able to do everything online and via email and the pricing was decent. Which I really liked. They were a little late on day of delivery but it’s a family run business and the kids were fine. We all understood and they did keep in contact until arrival. They even let us keep it for an extra night because of that which was really nice, considering we didn’t say anything or ask for that.
