We came down to Floroda from Arkansas and the second day someone came thru the hotel parking lot slashing tires. We changed the tire out but it left us now woth no spare. We had a blowout on I10 at 3 am on our return trip home. We were able to make it to the rest area but damaged the rim in the process. I called at 8 am when the shop opened and spoke with Ethan. He advised me that nobody stocked my particular tire and said that he could get one at his shop by noon. He gave me information for a tow company which I called but the cost was more than I was willing to pay for a 6 mile trip. I attempted to get a Lyft or Uber but was unable. I called Ethan and explained what was going on, within a few minutes he pulled up and got my bad tire and rim and went back to his shop. He then returned with the new tire and the cost was still well under his competitors. After sitting for over 9 hours at the rest area and being 13 hours from home, nothing can convince me that Ethan was not our Guardian Angel !
