I was in this location two evenings ago around 9pm looking for my teenage sons birthday gift. The sales associate was very helpful and with his assistance I picked out $226.00 worth of merchandise. I ran my card to pay for my selections and it came back declined. However, the purchase was completed according to my bank. I have a receipt from my bank and the $226.00 deducted from my account. I showed the completed transaction to the associate but he couldn't help. My bank told me to contact Starship or I would have to wait some time to file a claim disputing the transaction. Money isn't easy to come by during this pandemic so time is something I do not have. I called Starship and the manager directed me to the cooperate office. I left a message for the lady I was advised to speak with and two days later I still have no gift for my son nor do I have the money back in my account. Read moreI ended up trying to return my starship brand product. The store owner did not even know the return policy. When I had him look it up on the site he read it and said it cant be returned or exchanged. He was a bit arrogant and pre occupied so I felt if I challenged him more he would not budge. So I left knowing he was wrong on the return policy based on what it said. So I called three other stores and found that it was returnable or money back. The Conyers store manager was so helpful and so nice and told me to come to there store for an exchange or money back. FYI when you buy a non brand starship product it cant be returned. Branded starship products can be returned.
