Empire Lounge — Restaurant in Snellville

It would have been good vibes despite my irritation. $10 to get in, ok cool, we’re hungry. We get inside, there’s no place to sit. Was literally in there about 5 mins and asked for our money back- no refund. Ok fine so we decided to order to go. The waiter said about 20 mins we waited 40, she finally comes back and says 10 mins, my husband pays to speed up the process. 20 minutes later we’re looking for the waiter and she is purposely avoiding us going the opposite direction to avoid where we are standing. After another 10 minutes I have to chase her down to ask for our money back, she goes to check on the food and tells us 3 minutes. 10 minutes past, we see her again and she goes to the back for another 5 minutes and finally come out with our food and apologizes. We asked did we have our ranch and bleu cheese she said yes, of course we get in the car and have neither. After $10 to get in, no place to sit, SUPER loud music with bad speakers, waiting 1 1/2 hours for a overpriced 20 piece wing meal the fries tasted like they had been thrown in the microwave, and no condiments, we will not...

We went on Friday night for a hour to join my mom it was cool but then My husband went last night by himself and he had an awful experience!!! He bought a section to have to himself that came with a bottle cool for $150. At first it was security who kept coming over to tell him he needs to get up from the section which he told them that he had already purchased and that they need to go talk to the waiter. A lot of miscommunication on the staff part! Then the Manager came over to apologize once they realized he did purchase the section! But the kicker was the waitress asked my husband was it okay if she sat some of the managers friends in his section?! Of course he said no why would he say yes he wanted to be alone and he payed for it! He had to run ppl off from trying to sit in the section most of the time he was there. He also stated the wings and tacos were not good! And to make matters worst he was stopped on his way out the door and asked did he pay his tab.They need to work on customer service especially customers willing to pay for...

My friend and I stumbled into this place on the hunt for some night life in Snellville. Music was extremely loud but ambiance was nice. Older crowd (like everything in Snellville) and we were EXTREMELY surprised when we got the bill back at the price of a single hookah (which is also listed nowhere on the menu). Our server did not set us up beyond setting it on the table and we were disappointed by the tiny amount of clouds we were getting as the other two hookah setups were producing massive clouds. If you're thinking of coming here for hookah unless you have a big group it is not worth it. Just buy your own hookah and shisha, because you'll end up with the same thing for the same price but at least you get to use your own hookah again. Did not get drinks, just Mozzarella sticks, which were good. There is a pool table off to the side and TVs littered around. If I get a big group I may come back here in 20 years when I match the crowd, but for this 21 year old I'm going to...
