United Supermarkets — Local services in Snyder

I wanted to Thank the United Supermarket in Snyder for having one of the very best employees I’ve seen in any United Supermarkets. I’ve been in many United’s across this area and not one employee has been as nice as Pam Helm. I’ve been coming to the Snyder store for over 20 years and I have seen her in various positions, teller, manager of delivery with others working under her, and now as the Self Checkout helper as well as delivering to the homebound. She has always had a smile, a kind word and always helping every customer. I’ve heard the customers tell that she is their bright spot in their day when she delivers their groceries to the homebound. I’m so happy you have a great employee like her! She makes us customers feel welcome and appreciated when we come into the store....

Ok. I get it. I’m new to the area, moved here 6 months ago. Takes a while for people to get to know you. But today was not ok. I ran in for four produce items. All I grab was some cash and my keys. Not thinking about my glasses. I went through self check out and I guess I interrupted two employees talking. I explained I don’t have my glasses and I need help because I can’t see the produce codes. Liz was very rude and rough with my produce items. I’m sure all of this os on your camera. I was very upset and forgot my receipt, but I was there today Saturday June 3rd 2023 around 1:15 pm. Sure hope your employees warm up to me. ...

Very nice store. Walked in "oh very nice" Everything thing was easy to find. Several employees on the floor and spoke when I went by. Asked if I needed anything. Very pleasant. Check out was smooth she was very pleasant. The inside was very clean and eye appealing. The out side (parking lot) was well kept and clean. I worked in a super market for 20 years and I seen alot of pride in this store kinda reminded me of the store I worked in (United). Wished I had my phone with me I would have taken...
