Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Snyder

Stopped here when my son got hungry during our 6 hour drive home. We got there 30 minutes before closing, which I felt bad about, so I told my munchkin that we had to hurry so the employees could go home too.

The place was bright, clean, and colorful with a great arcade. Low noise levels. There was a huge selection of fresh pizzas, even 30 minutes before closing. And it also happened to be the night where kids ate free.

What really made our visit great though was the staff. We were greeted cheerfully by several when walking in. They assured me several times we were welcome, even at closing time. They went out of their way to be helpful and were contagiously upbeat. The cashier was thoughtful enough to ask if she could get me quarters at the register (I'd mentioned the arcade coming in). One worker got our drinks for us and brought them to the table without being asked (normally it's self-serve drinks). Some did random acts of kindness or offered bright smiles and encouraging words. 2 minutes before closing I told my son it was time to go, and once again the staff told me not stress it (they weren't closing on time anyways).

This may sound too complimentary for a random pizza place. But these days, joyful spirits and smiling faces that go the extra mile and maintain positive attitudes are almost nonexistent. I walked in stressed out so bad the last thing I wanted was to deal with people. Left in a great mood with a bit of faith in humanity restored. :)

Walking into the buffet, the smell of fresh-baked pizza hit me right away—cheesy, savory, and inviting. The staff greeted me warmly and made sure everything was stocked and fresh. The variety was impressive: classic pepperoni, meat-lovers piled high, veggie options, and even creative specialty pizzas I hadn’t tried before.

The best part was how quickly new pizzas came out—every time a tray ran low, a fresh, hot one was placed down. The salad bar was crisp and well-stocked, giving a nice balance to all the pizza. Breadsticks, pasta, and dessert pizzas added a fun touch, so there was always something different to try.

The atmosphere was relaxed, and I never felt rushed. Everything tasted fresh, the service was friendly, and I left full, happy, and already planning...

This place has tremendous customer service. I recently ordered online and, after about 45 minutes I decided to call and ensure they got the order. They told me that the order had been ready for a while for me to pick up. I must have clicked the button for pick up rather than delivery. They said they would bring it to me, which I thought was pretty good; however, they called back 2 minutes later and said it would be a little bit because they were making a new pizza for me. It doesn't get better than that.

PS: I am not one to write reviews-but this did deserve going the extra mile, because they certainly did. Between this and pizza hut, if you go the other way it will...
