Absolute trash... Don't trust paid reviews from family and friends.... I recently received a PC that he worked on and asked to fix his mistakes. The m.2 was bent and improperly installed... The original SSD that was "corrupted" was never removed just unplugged. I was able to repair it in a single night with minimal effort. The main issue was causing the so called corruption was overheating due to a dead fan and improper thermal paste application... He charged $150 dollars to improperly install an m.2 with windows 10 and the customer bought the m.2 prior to bringing it to him... I wouldn't let this man install a light bulb in my home... I'm disgusted with his treatment of customers especially considering most that would require help from someone like him just have no idea what they are really paying for.... Do not go to this man ...

I have used Mike with American Computer works for almost a year now for my business. I am not the brightest person when it comes to computers, I have to admit. First time going to ACW. I took in a new build computer, which Michael had up and running within an hour. I was expecting to leave it with him, but got to take back home with me instead. It is running perfect without any issues. He is a very nice young man, personable and enjoyed talking with him. He knows his/this business well and has been at 30+ yrs.
